can i feed my goldfish fresh apples? i was just munching and thought, hum wonder if gengi can eat these, i have a constant supply and they are high in fiber.

One source I found says goldies don't handle simple sugars well and it causes high blood sugar. I'd assume that would work like it does with diabetics and eventually cause small blood vessle...
